Thanks for the exceptional service provided during our recent plumbing emergency. The prompt and professional response was greatly appreciated.Matt responded quickly to effect a temporary repair to the leaking water pipe, and while unrelated to the leak, he checked the hot water cylinder and found that that the pressure relief valve was not working.Also, a big thank you to Johnny for carrying out the repairs so efficiently and quickly, and for his professionalism, friendly manner, and expertise in ensuring that the job was completed to a high standard.Your team’s dedication to providing quality service, even on short notice, is impressive. We will certainly recommend Prodigy Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing services.

We called Matt to assist with drainage advice after our ground floor flooded. Matt was patient and knowledgeable and provided us with a full consultation - even though it turned out there was no work in it for him. Prodigy then emailed us a summary of Matt's advice. Totally awesome service that went above and beyond!! Thanks Matt! I guess we have a new plumber! 😊

I had a bad roof leak. Matt visited twice at very short notice. First to assess then back to find leak. He identified this was cause during roof repaint. He could have done the repair job and charged, but instead gave advice on my rights and how to go about getting the painting company to repair. Fantastic service.
